Each bottle is hand-poured with love and gratitude and packed with the help of little hands. Aeon operates on a small-batch, made-to-order basis — a quiet commitment to quality over speed.
I want as many people to experience Aeon as possible, so ship nationally across Australia. For a global shipping request (if your country is not already available at checkout) please email me at hello@aeonskin.au and I will try and work my magic!
Please note: for orders outside of Australia - duties and taxes are not included. Your local customs authority may charge import tax and duty upon delivery. Please check the custom laws in your country before making a purchase.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES & COST
For stocked products I work hard to dispatch the next day. In the event that a product with a long waitlist is restocked or released, I may be processing a huge volume of orders at one time. As a one-woman show, this may slightly slow me down, but I will keep everyone informed with progress (follow for updates).
For products marked ‘presale’ there may be a wait time of up to one month before dispatch. Estimated delivery will be displayed clearly on the product page. This is sometimes subject to factors beyond my control (I may be waiting on printers or shipments) but I haven’t been late, yet!
I’ve implemented flat shipping rates, which means your shipping costs will always be the same. Australian domestic is $15.00 express (next day), $10.00 standard (2-4 days) and $20.00 international (20 days).

What if I need to make updates to my order?
Once your order has been shipped, there’s not too much I can do unfortunately.
If you notice a mistake, please email me as soon as possible at hello@aeonskin.au and I’ll do my best to make updates before dispatch.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, I ship to PO Boxes in Australia.
How do I track my package during shipping?
Tracking information is automatically sent via the Shop app and Aus Post. If you haven’t received tracking information, please get in touch with me at hello@aeonskin.au and let me know you’d like to manually locate your order.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
In the case of damaged goods during shipping, in accordance with the return policy, I do not offer refunds but will be able to offer you a credit or replacement if your return is accepted.

You have 30 days from receiving the product(s) to begin the return process.
To make your claim please send me the following information along with a photo and the details of issue:
- Name
- Product details
- Proof of purchase (including order number)
- Details of issue with product
For items that are lost in transit, I will check the progress with the shipping carrier. If the order is lost due to the shipping carrier, I will send you another delivery of your item(s) to reduce the delay.
Note: once your order is delivered to your premises, it is your responsibility. I can’t accept fault for items damaged or stolen once your order is delivered. If your premise is known to have theft, please advise me with your order confirmation and I will ensure it requires signature on delivery to reduce the risk of it going missing from your doorstep.

If you're located outside of Australia your order will not include taxes and your local customs authorities may charge import tax and duty upon delivery.
PACKAGING
I use 100% recyclable packaging. Mailers and shipping labels are eco-friendly and suitable for kerbside recycling. Product carton, thank-you card and product bottle is also suitable for your household recycling bin. Product dispenser (plastic pump) can be recycled at certain facilities or returned to me for recycling if there are no facilities in your area.
