At Aeon Skin, your happiness is our happiness. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our return policy carefully:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

- You are not completely satisfied with the skincare product(s) you purchased from Aeon Skin.

- The product(s) are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- You contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the return process.

 

2. Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


- Contact Customer Support at hello@aeonskin.au to request a return.

- Provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

 

3. Returns of Unused Products

 

If you are returning unused products that meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1, we will offer you the following options:


- Exchange: You can exchange the product(s) for another item of equal or lesser value. Any price differences will be handled accordingly.

- Refund: If you prefer a refund for the returned product(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

4. Returns of Used Products

 

If the skincare product(s) has been used, we are unable to offer a refund. We are happy to offer an exchange for other products to the same value. Exchanges will be granted at the discretion of Aeon Skin.

 

5. Return Shipping

 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to Aeon Skin. Please ensure that the product(s) are securely packaged and adequately protected during transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

 

6. Lost in Transit

 

Aeon Skin is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. We advise you to retain proof of shipment and tracking information when returning products to us.
